She is very personable. She answered all of our 1st time homebuyers questions thoroughly ( ie loan, bidding, inspection, next steps) Actually probably a few times. She knew all of the areas very well when viewing houses. Knew what to look for in and out of the house and possible issues. Very quick to respond to our text or emails. Once we found what we wanted she was able to negotiate 15k less than the bid. Rebecca and her team made it very comfortable while looking for a house and finding the perfect match for us.
